Crystal Sound Bath Workshop with Tricia Tayrien (Copy)
What Is A Crystal Sound Bath? No need to bring a swimsuit along, because there isn't any water (or actual bathing) involved at all. Instead, a crystal sound bath harnesses the reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls of all shapes and sizes.
Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore your body's balance which in turn helps you heal. Singing bowls are often utilized in the course of sound therapy.
Prenatal Workshop with Lauren Letterman
Prenatal yoga is designed to support mothers-to-be on their individual pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth. This workshop will help you meet your changing physical and emotional needs while addressing any unexpected challenges that might arise. From uplifting movement and back care to meditations to connect with your baby, you'll find a full spectrum of support tools.

Energy Balancing Yoga with Rona Schwarz
Cultivate freedom in your expression, quiet in your mind, calm in your nervous system, and joy & peace in your soul with this all-encompassing Yoga practice. Mudra, mantra, meditation, asana, pranayama, and energy balancing techniques are integrated into this workshop to draw your energies back to your center. We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely.
During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited, and a few of the measurable results of deep relaxation are the reduction of blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels in the blood, the increase of the "good cholesterol" levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and generalized fatigue.
This workshop will leave you feeling open, renewed & refreshed. Space is limited, all props will be provided & have been sanitized. Please plan on taking the time for your best self.

Kids Yoga Teacher Training
The two-and-a-half-day Kids Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, intensive, practical certification course and it will include a fantastic "kid" approved teaching manual. Ruthann will prepare you to practice and learn to teach yoga while laughing, dancing, playing, meditation and singing!
The Zen Zone Kids Yoga Teacher Training is well-rounded and intensive, with practical theory, discussions, and TONS OF FUN! Most importantly, you will come out with immediate tangible knowledge and tons of fabulous ideas to create original, captivating, and fun yoga experiences for kids of all ages!

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Friends, join Tricia for a time out, tune-up, or a tune in with a sound bath.
Relax, breathe, and listen to the tones that are specific to each of the basic 7 chakras.
As the bowls are made from Crystal, a vibration amplifies and transforms healing energies, working directly with the crystalline structure of the body.
The sound from crystal singing bowls helps the brain to move into the Theta brainwave frequencies which is a healing frequency. It’ll also create balance and synchronization in the two hemispheres of the brain.

Students typically hold these for 3-10 minutes per side to lengthen the connective tissue surrounding the joints and increase its elasticity. As our connective tissue ages, it becomes less elastic, making Yin essential for injury prevention and joint health. Yin Yoga restores and calms the nervous system.
Restorative Yoga uses props with postures for extended periods to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind, and spirit. It is also an excellent practice for those recovering from an injury or experiencing pain or discomfort.

Teen Yoga
Teen Yoga is for YA 12-17, and the class will be 60 minutes. Teens will be taught yoga postures and breathing exercises to learn how yoga can help them in their daily lives. Teens will learn how stretching and breathing can reduce injury in sports, develop better concentration, reduce stress and anxieties, and encourage a healthy body image. They will learn how to connect their breath to mind and body. The class will include popular music and poses to enrich a playful and non-competitive environment.

Full Moon Ceremony
The Full Moon represents a cycle of completion and is the perfect time to release what no longer serves us so that we can move on to something new. We will begin with a simple Full Moon Intention Ceremony followed by meditation while Gina does the Emotion Code/ Body Code Energy Healing.
Expect to release negative energies, mental programming, resistance, and subconscious blocks that are standing in the way of your intention from manifesting. Gina will clear energy to raise our Light Score, which is the amount of light vs. darkness within us on a scale of 0-100. This will be a powerful hour of healing that will create a positive shift in your life. I hope you’ll join us!
All supplies for the ceremony are provided. If you get cool easily, please bring a blanket for the meditation & energy clearing.
