Teen Yoga is for YA 12-17, and the class will be 60 minutes. Teens will be taught yoga postures and breathing exercises to learn how yoga can help them in their daily lives. Teens will learn how stretching and breathing can reduce injury in sports, develop better concentration, reduce stress and anxieties, and encourage a healthy body image. They will learn how to connect their breath to mind and body. The class will include popular music and poses to enrich a playful and non-competitive environment.
