Restorative Yoga

Join Cecelia to keep up your spirits and health as we embrace the season of winter.


Feb 7th 1-3pm

The Lymphatic Self-Massage to maintain and restore vitality, strength, a healthy immune system and for preparing for moments of deep rest, stillness while supported by 2 bolsters, 2-4 blocks, and 5-7 blankets.

Restorative Yoga to promote and maintain vitality, health of body/mind during the colder months of winter.

Winter is also a contemplative time of year. A time for self-reflection, a time to go inward and explore that, which arises from slowing down.

Experience a sequence of Restorative Yoga postures. Supported by bolsters, blankets surrender into a conscious state of stillness, presence.

We will conclude with a few moments of journaling.

Explore your thoughts and feelings that arise from your inner stillness.
